Built-in High-pass and Low-pass Filters
Non-linear Analogue input from external equipment can be linearized using the Multi-point Digital-Linearizer (MDL) function.
The display can also be scaled to show inches or mm
Detect only the desired frequency range of the Analogue signal. Select the High-Pass Filter (HPF) function to accept only abrupt fluctuations in the Analogue signal.
Abrupt fluctuations in Analogue signal can be ignored.
Real-time display of measured values. settings on a single screen.
The high-speed sampling rate of 2,000 times/sec enables detection of sudden changes in the input signal. The high-speed comparator circuit performs differentiation at a high speed of 1ms.
The RD Series uses a three-colour LED display. When the measured value is within the tolerance limits, the value is displayed in green. If the measured value is out of the tolerance limits, it is displayed in orange or red.
The input range can be switched to ±5 VDC, ±10 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA. The RD Series' "X + Y" and "X - Y" functions are excellent for measuring target thickness or height difference.
The RD-50R provides ten kinds of measurement modes, including PEAK, BOTTOM and PEAK to PEAK hold,, for enhanced application capability.
