Pills Escaping During Blister Packaging
A plastic film is formed to have pockets and then sent to the filling process by roll transfer, which causes the film to be highly charged with static electricity.
Pills are also charged by the friction with a guide rail during transfer by a feeder bowl. Some pills jump out of the pockets due to repulsion with the charged film.
