What is the KEYENCE IM Series?

The IM Series Instant Measurement System is a visual inspection system that performs 2D measurement in place of an optical comparator, calipers/micrometer, measuring microscope, classical profile projector and optical CMM.

After placing the part on the stage, just press the button and with the new IM 2D measurement system in just 3 seconds you will receive up to 99 measurements on up to 100 parts with an OK/NG judgment, significantly reducing quality inspection time.

Eliminate Operator Error

Utilizing the IM Series' advanced optics and high-speed image processing technology, optical measurement is now consistent regardless of who's operating the system.
Automatic Data Recording and Inspection Reports

With the IM Series Instant Measurement System complete inspection and analysis reports can be automatically saved without having to manually record the data by hand.
