Warpage
When measuring warpage, it is important to consider the type of measurement system and the installation environment. Selecting equipment that doesn't adequately meet your needs can lead to insufficient precision and increased man-hours during production. We help you to choose the right system.

  • I want to measure warpage offline

NON-CONTACT WARPAGE MEASUREMENT IN 1 SECOND
Simply place your sample on the stage of the 3D scanner, click measure, and you receive warpage measurements in seconds, even on complex surfaces and wide areas. Non-contact profile measurement enables parts to be measured without introducing scratches to the surface of the sample with a probe tip.

    MEASURE COMPLEX SHAPES
Contact measurement tools typically require fixturing, and measuring a curved surface or complex geometry can be difficult. The VR-5000 3D scanner requires no fixturing, and measurements can be taken anywhere on the sample.

    REPEATABLE PROFILE MEASUREMENT RESULTS
Built-in assist tools make it possible to create reference points and lines to prevent variations between users. The VR-5000 enables all users to measure the same location as intended.

  • I want to measure warpage inline

    ULTRA HIGHSPEED SAMPLING
This Inline 3D scanner makes it possible to measure parts moving at extremely high speeds, in high definition, without missing a single one.

    MEASUREMENTS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Using ultra-compact and lightweight sensors makes it possible to install multiple heads in parallel. By capturing height data at multiple locations on a target, warpage can be calculated inline.

VARIOUS TYPES OF MEASUREMENTS ARE POSSIBLE
Perform any high precision measurement thanks to the measurement instrument with a variety of head variations and measurement modes, as well as 3D inspection when connected to an image processing system.
