Key installation points
When using sensors to perform front/back differentiation for bag products, surface irregularities and misalignment can make stable detection impossible.
The IV2 Series, however, is capable of using polarised filters to reduce the effects of surface irregularities. Stable difference checking is possible with no adverse effects of reflected light.
Simultaneous colour and pattern detection is also possible for even greater difference checking reliability.
Target tracking also makes it possible to ensure difference checking anywhere within the field of view.
