Processing was performed on the image of the workpiece captured as a surface, but it was not possible to obtain the optimal image due to the influence of the curved parts.

An image is obtained for each line, and then processing is performed on an image developed from all the obtained line images. Because images are captured under the same conditions, halation does not occur on curved parts.
