Shape measurement of guide wires

Guide wires have complicated shapes and require high accuracy, so their measurements conventionally took a long time to perform. The LS-9000 Series supports high-speed encoder synchronised input, allowing for shape measurement in combination with a one-axis stage. The circularity and coaxiality of the target can also be measured by rotating it.
